Marc Neal CFO

Marc is a multifaceted business professional adaptable to and experienced in a wide spectrum of industries leading complex organizations with multiple operations and diverse stakeholders, with a solid track record of achieving measurable results when executing complex and transformational initiatives for large organizations. Marc is a visionary led, transformational leader who always concentrates on helping the team be the best they possibly can be, while embracing the needs of the organization.

In addition to his work with NATO, as the lead of several transformational projects initiated by the North Atlantic Council, Marc spent time in Sarajevo the Director of Finance and Administration at the Office of the High Representative set up by the UN Security Council. While in Sarajevo Marc was on the Srebrenica Memorial Board and also worked promoting economic development, working closely with communities and small businesses. Since being back in Canada, Marc continues to be an active participant in the community, working with not-for profits in board capacities and volunteering with Diversity Magazine, the immigrant organization called Assist, just to name a couple.
